Ofqual/NDAQ ESOL International Qualification.

Ofqual is the regulator of qualifications, exams and tests in England, ensuring that learners get the results they deserve and that the qualifications they receive count, both now and in the future. The UK government is bringing in legislation to establish Ofqual as an independent body, however until this legislation is passed Ofqual operates as part of the Ofqual.
