Chelsea Education Consultancy (CEC) is the Anglia franchisee for CIS Countries – Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. CEC has been in the education sector for more than 15 years placing hundreds of students into UK Boarding schools and universities while guiding students to grow into professionals.

The CEC team as known as Anglia CIS has now embarked to the next level in its offerings to give opportunities to thousands of people to master the international language of business and communication with top English training and assessment. Anglia CIS has local teams based in each CIS country that it offers Anglia Examination and coordinated from its main office- Oxford, United Kingdom. CEC’s number of local franchise distribution networks is growing rapidly in these countries enabling greater opportunities for students and adults to access the opportunity to master English that is recognized internationally.

Anglia CIS is working closely with several CIS countries’ education ministries to develop new strategies to help all levels of schools and learners to achieve a higher standard of English. Addressing the challenges due to the COVID pandemic, CEC is offering online platforms and examinations, CIS Anglia communities, and events to enhance greater opportunities in CIS communities. With CEC’s mission “Education Build to Perfection”, we strive to offer a better opportunity for the CIS community to ‘Dare to Dream in English’ with a Step-by-Step approach. Anglia CIS is offering Anglia Exam English from 1st Step (Junior level) up to Proficiency and Mastery level (An at least the C1 CEFR level that may take to an allocation of 16 UCAS tariff points which can be used to support admissions to UK Universities).

Anglia CIS offers 360-degree support to its local centers making learning and improving English in a fun, innovative, and active way that enhances students’ learning experience. Our English learning journey is coupled with live meetings (native speaking teachers), working online with fast response feedback on writing and speaking skills allows our students to achieve a greater mastery level compared to the traditional learning model.
